What inspired you to launch your own website?
I want to earn money with my passion and try to live from it that's the main reason I've lunched my own website and company
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
I don't remember exactly, in the early 90s, I'm a real nerd ;)
How did you decide on a name for your website?
It's not only the name of my website but my band, my label and my trademark so I have to say that the choice was difficult and well thinked
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
It's the only music label website where you can have a preview of unreleased music. That makes it different from other surely ! :)
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
to find customers using the website and keep it for income
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
money = time and time = money but what's the exchange rate between them ?!
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
Would create a full animated flash website and would done heavy marketing on it
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

too many headaches (database dropped, apache down, etc.)

It's running as expected, eheh!
