Once a franchise considered dead a long time ago, J.J.Abrams' Star Trek wowed people when it earned $7 million on its opening night in more than 3,000 cinemas nationwide. This could propel the movie to gain as much as $75 million on its opening weekend, something that is definitely impressive.
