Early 2006 at first, I felt it was about time.

Having to do things twice. Rethink the entire website concept as it went through a complete redesign.
What has been the easiest part of operating your website?
To sit back and watch.
What was your biggest mistake?
Not having it done sooner, I guess.

Our new web guy

There has been an increase in enquires but been too busy with work to notice things really.
What are your views on ecommerce and the future of the internet?
No idea.
What are your views on Search Engine Optimization (SEO)?
Our web guy seems to be a bit clued up on that.

Been busy working on a new album, so can't answer that yet. Some new enquiries, some from people looking for training work though

Advertising on music magazines. Word of mouth.

Doing nothing.

Less spam
