When did you start your website and why?
Started the website a couple years ago. It is to allow people information on our scheduled shows and special events. It also lets people know about contests and theme shows.

Our website includes information about the business and show schedules. I have also posted photos taken at our various shows and events.
What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?
I live in a remote location and can only get a dialup internet connection. Difficult to upload!
What has been the easist part of operating your website?
Updating text!
What was your biggest mistake?
Waiting so long before I did it! I REALLY wish it was completed a few years earlier.

I personally take care of maintaining this site.

People have actually found out about our services.On a recent magazine interview, they heard of us and found us through the website.
What are your views on ecommerce and the future of the internet?
I feel it is going to continue to grow and diversify quite a bit.

They, overall have helped it. But they do have their moments!
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Listing it on every printed item we have! We do Karaoke and DJ, so it is listed on our song request slips, song list books, newspaper ads, anything to let people know about it.

"What makes Rich & Judy's Karaoke shows one of the most popular and best reviewed?" I believe it is the professional image and show we have. Our sound is excellent, rotation is very fair, song list is very large. Sometimes a singer has to wait over an hour for their turn to sing, so when it is their turn, I really do everything in my control to make them sound good, enjoy themselves and get great response from the audience.
