Jon Gosselin of Jon & Kate Plus 8 did it again when he lorded over a yacht in St Tropez and mingled with hot girls who are much younger than him. This time around, he proposed his love to 22-year-old Hailey Glassman, whom Gosselin had just met for 8 seconds.

This is not event the first time he did that. Classy.
