What inspired you to launch your own website?

I wanted to start a site that had a little bit of every form of entertainment that I love.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

This is my first and I started it about 2 weeks ago and I am having a lot of fun doing it.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

It is my name.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

Well, I hope that I offer a little bit of everything. Not just one form of entertainment. I want to learn from this experience and make this site so everyone will enjoy it.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

Income would be great, but ultimately it is fot he love of movies and games and all that good stuff.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

I am negative but time will tell

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I would probably hire a professional to design the site, I can only go so far with my mediocre website knowledge.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

I would do my absolute best and work very hard at it.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

Not much. But i will say it is VERY difficult and expensive to submit my website to many search engines and directories.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Submitting my website to directories and designing the site. I see now why web designers charge so much.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Google and Yahoo

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

It is a lot harder than I thought it would be.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

2 weeks it has been going and I think I will be around for a while.
