A website publicising some of the UK's top close-up magicians. They're all competition-winning performers with multiple television appearances.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
It was time to turn a passion into a profession.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
This is our first website, it was launched in May 2006.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
We wanted a name that was magical, but the projected a professional and sophisticated image.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
The fact that we normally work as a duo. It allows us to perform a greater variety of magic for more people and brings more energy to the events that we perform at.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
To keep the site and see it grow into something really special.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Money is the key, but it has to be used wisely. If you're not careful, you can waste a fortune and get minimal results.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
Get it heavily optimised.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Yes, if we couldn't cover the bookings, we have a network of excellent magicians who could cover the traffic.
